In today’s internet savvy generation, professionals across all sectors are constantly in search of prompt valuation and exploration of industry related matters at the touch of a button. With this in mind - we are proud to offer a ground breaking opportunity for the labour industry.

We have a long-standing tradition of increasing the effectiveness with which our clients operate and continuously benchmark this and fine-tune everything we do - from product development and support, to partnerships and corporate strategy.

Intrinsically, a partnership between Sabinet’s reputation for accuracy, reliability and credible information services and Van Zyl, Rudd & Associates reputation as leading labour experts in the South African landscape underpins this renowned tradition.

Van Zyl, Rudd’s original workbook presented at the Annual South African Labour Law Reports’ Seminar contains references to case law, CCMA and Bargaining Council Awards, Acts, Rules and Regulations during the preceding 12 months.

The collaboration of the interactive ebook developed by Sabinet supplements the original workbook with interactive links to the searchable PDF’s of the relevant citations in the workbook will assist the users to make informed decisions.

Now for the first time, this interactive ebook will be offered to attendees at a discounted price.

Celebrating #MandelaDay - Making a Difference

"The depth about the underpinnings of our culture, and our concern for the future can all be tested by how well we support our libraries."

In the pursuit of building a generation of readers, Sabinet, in collaboration with the Tshwane Library Services, visited the Dimphonyana Tsa Lapeng Nursery & Pre-school in Olievenhoutbosch. A first for the safe haven - these future leaders were thrilled and excited to enter the world of books as volunteers fostered the joys of reading and revealing the literacy palace - a portable library. A day where the volunteers awakened their inner child with laughter, song, animation and just wholesome fun while reading to our future leaders.

We believe that it is important to encourage reading amongst children at an early age. Reading is a starting step of many things, which is seen to build solid stairs for our generation to climb up and achieve greatness.

Optimize management, access and visibility of your e-resources

Library users today expect full access to a wide range of electronic resources from both inside and outside the library. As your library increases its budget for e-resources, you don't have time to manage them in spread sheets or to duplicate work in multiple library systems. You need a simple way to integrate e-resources into your workflows through one end-to-end system.

WorldShare e-Services helps libraries with the management, discovery and delivery of e-resources. This full suite of cloud-based applications simplifies end-to-end processes to get e-resources to library users faster, wherever they start their search.

OCLC Member Story: University of KwaZulu-Natal

In order to meet the vision of the University of KwaZulu-Natal to be the premier university of African scholarship, the library staff decided they needed a new library management system.

"The cost of maintaining our previous library system was becoming unsustainable," said Joyce Myeza, Library Director at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

"This, combined with a desire to provide consolidated access to all of our resources and make better use of our materials budget, played a key role in our decision to implement WMS," or WorldShare ® Management Services.
